Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental hygiene, excellent patient communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where patient well-being is our top priority.

As our Dental Hygienist you would be responsible for:
Perform dental hygiene services and practice protocols
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care tailored to their individual needs.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately and efficiently.
Assist with patient examinations, documenting findings,



and updating medical histories.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
Provide support during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit.
Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure the cleanliness of all dental equipment and operatories.
Utilize Tracker practice management software for scheduling, charting, and documentation.

Requirements
Active license with BCCOHP and in good standing
Recent Hygiene Grads welcome
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail & time management skills
Experience with Tracker an asset

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
