Rain or Shine Window cleaning, is a Toronto based window cleaning & building maintenance company that operates across the province of Ontario and Alberta. We are one of the largest window cleaning company in Canada that service over 4000 properties every year. Our clientele are mainly in Commercial Real Estate, Public Sectors, and Residential corporations. We are seeking for experienced field supervisor
Supervise and coordinate the work of residential and commercial window cleaners and snow removal employees
Coordinate with sales and marketing executives to develop field strategies and initiatives
Hire and train cleaning staff in job duties and safety procedures or arrange for training
Coordinate and establish work schedule of each employee with project coordinator
Prepare daily work order for field technicians
Attend site meetings




Review and create work plans to efficiently and safely carry out work on buildings
Complete job hazard assessments and identify all pre-existing hazards and any recent hazards prior to commencing work each day
Ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
Maintain inventory and supplies
Resolve work-related issues
Perform site visit and prepare equipment needed for specific site
Perform equipment delivery.

Skils, Qualification, and requirement:
Must have experienced with snow removal
Must have experienced with Heavy machinery i.e Wheel loader, skid steere, and plow trucks, swing stage, and boom lift.
Previous experienced with field service is an asset
Valid Driver's license
Computer use competency
Solid communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Experienced with sales is an asset

Job Types: Full time, Seasonal

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Calgary, AB T2E 2M5: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

Education:
Secondary School (required)
