Job Summary
We are seeking a personable and professional individual to join our team as a Barber. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic setting, supporting clients with their needs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an opportunity to develop versatile skills in a friendly and rapid-paced setting.

Duties
Greet clients warmly and assist them with their inquiries at the front desk
Provide expert hair styling services, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the workspace
Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate client bookings efficiently
Support retail sales by recommending suitable products based on client needs
Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized service





Skills
Have at least 2 years of Barber/Hairstyling experience
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Robust communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
Knowledge of sanitation protocols relevant to personal care environments
Front desk experience demonstrating organizational skills and professionalism
Ability to work well in a team setting while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
