We are looking for energetic, reliable, and friendly Servers to join the Mr. Noodle Chen team.

As a Server, you will help create a fast, welcoming, and organized dining experience for our guests. Our restaurant specializes in authentic Lanzhou hand-pulled beef noodles and Northwest Chinese dishes, with a strong focus on teamwork, cleanliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.
Take orders directly when needed and assist guests using our QR code ordering system.
Answer menu questions and help guests with noodle options, special requests, and allergies.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are complete and correct.
Monitor assigned tables and respond quickly to guest needs.
Process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately.
Transparent, sanitize, and reset tables efficiently.
Assist with food running, takeout packing, and other front-of-house duties.
Communicate closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to maintain smooth service.




Follow food-safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Handle guest questions or concerns professionally and involve a manager when necessary.
Complete opening, closing, and assigned side duties.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and carrying heavy dishes
Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset.

Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
