We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Snow Removal Laborer to join our team for the winter season.
This is a casual, on-call position, ideal for someone looking for adaptable work and additional income during the winter season.
Duties include:
Shoveling snow from sidewalks, entrances, and other designated areas
Operating snowblowers
Using leaf blowers to transparent light snow and clean up sidewalks
Applying ice melt or other de-icing materials as required
Helping maintain commercial and residential properties during winter weather
Working safely in cold and snowy conditions
Other general property maintenance duties as required
Requirements:
Physically capable of performing outdoor manual labour
Comfortable working in cold winter conditions
Available for early morning and/or evening shifts
Reliable and able to report for work on short notice when snow events occur
Experience with snow removal equipment is an asset, but training can be provided
Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
