Must demonstrate leadership with valuable communication and organizational skills to supervise servers.

Prepares meals for residents and guests ensuring dietary needs are met
Must have knowledge and experience with quantity food recipes to prepare and serve attractive, nutritious, appetizing meals in accordance with Canada’s Food Guide.
Must have knowledge of relevant legislation for topics such as WHMIS, Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety.
Must have high standards of cleanliness with a good knowledge and understanding of the Sanitation Code, for the food service industry as issued by the Canadian Restaurant Association.
