Approved contractors get first look at full and partial remodel jobs in their zone. We charge market price for the work, you keep 80% of every job, guaranteed, paid out same day or same week. We take our 20%, only after you've been paid.

Because these are bigger jobs, the bar is higher: WSIB clearance, liability insurance, photos of 3 to 5 recent kitchen or bath projects, two client references we'll call directly, and a short conversation about how you handle scope changes and problems mid-job.
