Are you passionate about landscape design, creativity, and transforming outdoor spaces? Our client is looking for a Lead Landscape Designer to take the lead on inspiring residential and/or commercial landscape projects, from initial concept through execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced landscape design skilled looking to take ownership of projects and bring exceptional outdoor environments to life.

Full-time | Permanent | $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
Lead high-end residential landscape projects from concept to completion.
Meet with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and goals.
Develop creative landscape concepts, construction, grading, planting, and lighting plans.
Produce high-quality 3D renderings and client presentations.
Prepare project budgets and estimates.
Coordinate municipal permits and approvals.
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams.




Conduct site visits to ensure design and quality standards are met.
Stay current on landscape trends, premium materials, and construction techniques.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end residential landscape design.
Degree or certificate in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or a related field.
Experience with municipal permits and approvals.
Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, zoning, and landscape construction.
Proficiency in DynaScape, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software such as Lumion or Twinmotion.
Solid portfolio of high-end residential projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Valid Ontario driver’s licence.
