Tow Truck Dispatchers coordinate roadside assistance, manage logistics for vehicle recovery, and ensure prompt, efficient service. Responsibilities include receiving emergency calls, dispatching tow trucks, and tracking job progress.

Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and requests for tow truck services
Dispatching tow trucks to the appropriate location based on the type of service needed and the availability of drivers
Communicating with tow truck drivers to provide updates on job assignments and changes to the schedule
Monitoring tow truck activity to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely and efficient manner




Recording and maintaining accurate records of all job assignments and customer interactions
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and service levels are maintained
Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

-Must speak, read, write fluent English

-Basic computer skills

Pay: $19.00-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
