Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas,



and service stations, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper sanitation practices

Requirements
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities is a plus
