Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Sales Support

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/ Sales Support who will be responsible for handling day-to-day duties such as answering phones, emails, and support a growing children’s toy manufacture. This person should possess solid multitasking skills and be an effective team player. They should be able to implement solid de-escalation skills, demonstrate problem solving, and even tempered. The perfect candidate has a proactive and can-do attitude, who can deliver excellent customer service/Sales Support in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Duties
Answer multiline telephone system as primary point of contact for office
Respond to customer service inquires for retail stores and end consumers by email, telephone and online chat support
Document damages and defectives from initial inquiry to final solution for retail stores and end consumers
Online website customer support for returns, order updates
Support retail stores with back order, invoice and shipping update requests
Collect payment information for order processing from retail customer services
Tabulate and consolidate monthly and yearly reports for damages, defectives and credits




Prepare and document credit for damages and defectives for retail stores
Issue return to warehouse labels for UPS and or FedEx
Manage and order office supplies
Review and Maintain replacement parts inventory

Sales Support Duties
Maintain vendor sites inventory and product updates
Assist in completion of vendor and product set up forms
Assist retail stores with recent orders and existing order updates by phone and email
Respond to retail and sales rep inquires for sales programs
Assist as needed with trade show preparation
Prepare and update sales reports as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Minimum 1 year in office experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Hour Rate: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Pay: $39,520.00-$43,680.00 per year
