Monarch Manor is a licensed childcare centre in midtown Toronto, providing quality childcare for infants, toddlers and preschool children. By creating an enriching environment through informed choices and thoughtful design, we pride ourselves in a energetic team of teachers who deliver top-notch care. We are looking to fill this position for mid-September 2026.

Position Summary

We are currently looking for a full time R-ECE/ECA to join the centre, as a full time Educator. Experience in the Toddler/Preschool room is a must.

The successful candidate must possess:
Robust programming and planning skills for a play based, emergent curriculum.
The ability to supervise children and help promote their social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
Effective communication skills that promote professional, positive relationships with both parents and team teachers.
Effective behaviour management skills.
Available to attend monthly staff meetings.

Qualifications
Registered Early Childhood Educator with minimum 1 year experience.
OR
Degree or diploma in a related field with minimum 2 years experience in a childcare setting.




Valid Standard First Aid & Infant / Child CPR certification.
Current Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Reference Check.
Up to date Immunization and Health Assessment.

Available to work between 7:30am - 6:00pm on rotating shifts.

Pay range varies depending on qualifications as well as experience working in the field.
