We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Aesthetician to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty services that enhance our guests’ confidence and well-being. Your expertise in skincare treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care will create memorable experiences for every guest. As an integral part of our team, you will also engage in retail sales, product demos, and upselling to promote our premium skincare lines and beauty products. Responsibilities
Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, Threading and eyelash extensions.
Deliver outstanding guest services by listening attentively to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations.
Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing guest check-ins, and handling inquiries efficiently.
Conduct product demos to educate guests about skincare lines and beauty products,



encouraging retail sales through effective upselling techniques.
Foster a friendly atmosphere by engaging in clear communication and building lasting relationships with guests.
Support the team with retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs.

Experience
Prior experience as an aesthetician.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures essential for maintaining a secure treatment environment.
Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Familiarity with body waxing and eyelash extensions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Pay: $17.60-$42.89 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
