Duties
Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, and clamp trucks, ensuring safety and accuracy.
Pick and pack orders precisely according to shipping specifications, supporting timely delivery.
Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately.
Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying quantities and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.
Assist in warehouse distribution tasks, including organizing stock in designated areas for easy access.
Maintain safety standards by performing routine equipment checks and adhering to heavy equipment operation protocols.
Support construction-related tasks when required, utilizing construction experience to handle specialized materials or tools.

Experience




Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is highly preferred.
Mechanical knowledge or experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, or clamp trucks is essential.
Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory tracking tools is advantageous.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during load & unload activities.
Experience in shipping & receiving operations, including order picking and inventory management.
Construction or heavy machinery experience is a plus for handling specialized tasks within the warehouse workplace.
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse protocols.
