Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Alterations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and tailoring garments to meet our clients' specifications, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid eye for detail, good communication skills, and experience in garment alterations or tailoring. Duties
Measure clients' garments accurately to determine necessary alterations
Perform sewing, hemming, resizing, and other alteration tasks with precision
Consult with customers to understand their specific needs and provide expert recommendations
Ensure all alterations meet quality standards before returning garments to clients




Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and ensuring client satisfaction

Looking for a Alternationist who knows shortening and lengthening of hems,tapering and letting out fitting -Zipper and button replacement -neckline adjustment - mending of rips
