Summary

As a Tow Truck Operator running our 3-car hauler - the BAP Western Star, you will be essential in providing reliable roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services to our customers. Your core skills in customer service will ensure a positive experience. Additionally, your relevant experience in commercial driving, insurance & bodyshop pickups will enhance your ability to perform this work. Communicating in French is an asset, not a requirement. Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate a large tow truck to assist with vehicle recovery and towing.
Respond to service calls and transport vehicles to designated locations.
Ensure all towed vehicles are securely attached and transported without damage.
Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.

Requirements:
Valid Ontario Tow Operators License.
Z endorsed License or equivalent. (DZ/AZ)
Clean driving abstract.
Previous experience in towing or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work five days a week, with occasional weekends.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
