Key Responsibilities
Pick, verify, and deliver materials to production areas based on production orders
Receive, inspect, organize, and put away incoming materials
Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory records
Participate in month-end inventory counts, completed every month.
Use computer systems and email to review orders, track inventory, and communicate updates
Collaborate with production and inventory teams to ensure productive material flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment while following all safety protocols
Perform physical material-handling tasks, including lifting within applicable safety limits

Qualifications & Skills
Previous warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred




Basic computer skills and ability to use email
Able to read and understand production orders, part numbers, and quantities
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Able to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Physically capable of lifting and moving materials (up to 50 lbs) and standing/walking for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, coachable, and willing to take initiative
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to work a 4-days-on / 4-days-off, 12-hour shift schedule
