Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing to meet high standards of cleanliness while overseeing other workers
Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for easy access and safety from work vehicles
Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
Ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules while adhering to safety protocols
Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, respectful,



and attentive to client requests communicated to owner

Experience
Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality settings with supervisory responsibilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple homes
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work independently within a team while maintaining high-quality standards
Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, and household organization
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Reliable car and driver’s license needed
