Duties
Develop and coordinate community-based learning programs tailored to diverse audiences, including individuals with disabilities
Lead engaging workshops, classes, and presentations that promote active participation and skill development
Collect and analyze data on program participation, feedback, and outcomes to inform continuous improvement
Foster inclusive learning environments by adapting teaching methods to meet wide-ranging needs and abilities
Collaborate with local organizations and service providers to expand program reach and impact
Support participants through individual support and guidance, and resource sharing to enhance their learning experience
Requirements
Proven experience in adult education or facilitating educational programs in community settings
Robust public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data effectively for program evaluation
Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for community service and fostering inclusive learning environments
