Responsibilities

Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and perks.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Provide support in inventory management as needed.




Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service.

Skills
Robust customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Experience in retail sales or cash handling is preferred.
Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos effectively.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
