Responsibilities Include:
Delivering course with the teaching materials provided by Sloan Academy or by the instructors
Creating lesson plan, continuously improving the training programs;
Revising and proofreading students’ assignment and providing feedback for students’ learning outcomes and progress
Prioritize student needs so that each student may reach their fullest potential
Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related major
Proficient in training soft skills included Communication skills, Critical thinking, Time management, Leadership & team building, etc
Experience in the U.S.



or Canadian education systems
Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training methodologies
Robust motivational skills and an ability to keep students on task– Dynamic, energetic, and have a good personality with solid responsibility
High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required

Teaching hours:

Online instruction: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
In office instruction: Monday – Friday, 4:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday, 9:00 a.m.- 4: 00 p.m.
