Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Subcontractor to join our team, providing essential support across various caregiving and operational tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the well-being of individuals in assisted living, home care, or nursing environments. As a Subcontractor, you will play a vital part in delivering compassionate care, ensuring safety, and maintaining a clean and comfortable workplace for those we serve. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will help create a positive experience for clients and their families.

Responsibilities
Assist with patient care activities, including mobility support, hygiene assistance, and daily living tasks
Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring accuracy and safety
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic environment in client residences or care facilities
Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with dementia, disabilities, or senior care needs
Help with heavy lifting tasks such as transferring patients or moving equipment safely




Follow care plans meticulously and document observations or changes in condition accurately

Experience
Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in patient care, caregiving, or senior care roles
Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
Familiarity with medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and cleaning responsibilities effectively
Strong communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and families
Certification in caregiving or relevant health & safety training is a plus but not mandatory
