Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations, supporting various tasks across the worksite to ensure smooth and efficient project progress. Your energy and willingness to learn will contribute directly to our success, as you assist with physical tasks, site maintenance, and general support duties. Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Support site cleanup activities to maintain a tidy and hazard-free work environment
Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
Help with setting up work areas, including organizing supplies and preparing tools for daily use
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure personal safety and that of team members
Operate straightforward machinery or power tools when trained and authorized to do so




Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn current skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not required
Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Reliable transportation to get to the worksite daily
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $17.60-$29.29 per hour
