We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber/Gasfitter to join our construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing operations are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with building codes and industry standards. Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in new construction, renovations, or service calls.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing tasks.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and implement timely solutions.
Follow safety protocols rigorously while handling construction materials and heavy equipment.




Document work performed through detailed reports and update schematics or blueprints as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance within commercial or residential settings.
Robust mechanical knowledge combined with skills in carpentry, HVAC systems, welding, and blueprint reading.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics interpretation, and basic math for measurements and calculations.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required.
Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving preferred.
Construction experience with familiarity in assembly processes and schematics is highly desirable.
Knowledge of safety standards related to plumbing work and construction sites.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
