Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, questions, and product inquiries
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly, managing phone inquiries professionally, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions




Support inventory management through basic stock replenishment and monitoring product availability

Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles preferred
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transaction accuracy
Ability to perform product demos and engage customers through active selling techniques such as upselling
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and record keeping
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
Skilled phone etiquette and solid interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
