We are looking for a help desk support specailist to join our team and provide technical support for our customers computer systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and troubleshooting computer networks, software applications, and hardware components. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring system performance, installing and configuring software, and providing technical assistance to users. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the field of systems administration.





Responsibilities:
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Perform system backups and recovery.
Manage user accounts and security permissions.
Implement security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
Provide technical support to users online or in person as needed

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
