Greeter / Facilitator – Join Our Team!

Do you love meeting new people and creating a welcoming experience? We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and organized Greeter/Facilitator to be the first point of contact for our guests.

What You'll Do:
Welcome guests with a warm and positive attitude
Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed
Monitor Entry and Exit of Business
Check for receipts for paid merchandise
Point of contact for staff in event of theft
Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally
Support team members with special events, promotions, or daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment

Qualifications:
Friendly, outgoing personality




Excellent communication and observation skills
Ability to stay calm and positive in a rapid-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
