Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety protocols
Ensure all food handling practices meet health regulations and safety standards
Support the kitchen team during busy service times, ensuring timely delivery of orders
Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with stock rotation




Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth food service and guest satisfaction

Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
Experience with food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service expectations in a quick-paced environment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of the food industry standards for meal preparation and presentation
