Responsibilities
Provide personalized caregiving assistance tailored to the needs of children or individuals with disabilities, including daily living activities, mobility support, and emotional encouragement
Assist with medication management, health monitoring, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment by organizing activities that promote physical activity, social interaction, and cognitive development
Collaborate with family members or healthcare professionals to develop care plans and update progress regularly
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the living space to ensure a healthy environment
Document daily activities,



health updates, and any incidents accurately for ongoing care continuity

Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities in caregiving or educational settings is highly valued
Background in caregiving roles that involve hands-on support for daily routines and health needs
Classroom experience or early childhood education background that emphasizes teaching methods and developmental milestones
Demonstrated ability to engage children or individuals with special needs through creative activities and positive reinforcement
Robust communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and team members
Compassionate attitude combined with patience, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills

Pay: $15.21-$20.70 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
