Valley Powder Coat Ltd. is looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our Big Batch Department.

Our Big Batch Department specializes in powder coating large parts and components that are too large or not suited for our automated assembly line. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:
Is comfortable working in a fast paced setting
Can speak and understand English to effectively follow safety procedures and work instructions
Is teachable and willing to learn new processes
Can safely lift up to 50 lbs
Works well with others and contributes positively to the team
Has a positive eye for detail
Is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work

Responsibilities
Prepare and handle large parts for the powder coating process
Load and unload parts safely and efficiently




Follow established work and safety procedures
Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with other team members to meet daily production targets
Learn and follow powder coating processes and equipment procedures

Previous powder coating or manufacturing experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Must have reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
