Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several General Laborers in the general labor sector in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes direction well, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No specialized experience is required—just a robust work ethic and willingness to learn.
Total rewards:
$16.75 - $18.00 hourly
Weekly Pay + 4% vacation pay
Flexible schedule
Causal, on-call, and full time
Day and Night shifts available

A typical day:
Perform general labour duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials
Assist with basic assembly, production, or site clean-up tasks
Operate hand tools and equipment as required
Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
Roles available: Garbage collection, Event set up/take down, General labor, construction
Support team members and contribute to a positive work setting





Successful candidates will have:
Previous labour or warehouse experience is an asset, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Punctual, dependable, and able to work well with others
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
PPE: Steel toe boots, Safety vest, Hard hat
Reliable Transportation
