Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook and Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and ensuring exceptional food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service, with a passion for delivering excellent dining experiences. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed




Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements
Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred; restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
