Seeking an experienced Production Supervisor / Millwork Supervisor to lead daily production, coordinate staff, and keep projects on schedule.

Full time Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate millwork production
Schedule workflow and production staff
Monitor quality, productivity, and deadlines
Train and support employees
Work with CNC and production equipment
Maintain safety and production standards

Requirements
5+ years millwork, woodworking, cabinetry, or related production experience
2+ years supervisory or team lead experience
CNC experience
Robust leadership and organizational skills
