Job Summary

Join our energetic team as a Roofing Service Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing residential and commercial roofing systems. As a Roofing Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting roofs, performing repairs, and ensuring the longevity and safety of roofing structures through skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify damage or potential issues.
Perform repairs including replacing shingles, flashing, and other roofing components using hand tools.
Apply caulking and sealing techniques to prevent leaks and improve weather resistance.
Handle heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly disposing of debris.

Requirements




Knowledge of caulking techniques and waterproofing methods.
Prior experience in roofing, construction, or related fields is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for quality workmanship.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - required for travel between job sites.
