Responsibilities

Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or products.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Engage with clients through active communication, listening carefully to their needs and offering expert advice to enhance their overall experience.
Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair care treatments to meet client needs and boost sales.
Foster a friendly,



skilled atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect genuinely with clients and create a welcoming environment.
Expertise in hair styling techniques across various services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and ensure client safety at all times.
Effective communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
Proven ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions to enhance their experience.
Experience managing front desk operations such as appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payments.
