Duties
Engage with clients via phone, email, and in person to provide timely, professional assistance
Build strong, genuine connections with clients and our patients
Manage data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records and transaction logs
Analyze client inquiries to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
Practice excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships
Identify opportunities to build relationships, add extra value and exceed client expectation




Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues swiftly and efficiently
Bring a positive, consistent and dependable attitude to each day
Strong interpersonal skills to create a positive and uplifting work environment
Detail oriented with high expectation for produced work

Experience
Proven experience in customer service or client support roles, preference given for those with veterinary or medical background
