We are currently expanding our manufacturing team and looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a quick-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Retrieve and transport materials from the warehouse.
Feed materials into production equipment and grinders.
Assist with equipment changeovers and setup of material handling systems.
Break down and dispose of packaging materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist operators with blending and other production tasks as needed.
Read labels, follow instructions, and perform tasks accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the plastics industry.
Comfortable with physical labor: lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent pushing/pulling,



standing and walking for extended periods.
Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Positive work ethic, robust attendance, and teamwork mindset.
Lift truck experience is an asset.
Must have reliable personal transportation.

Shifts
Night Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Occasional overtime may be available.
Openings available for Night Shift.
Wage includes a $0.75 Night Shift Premium

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $23.75 per hour
