Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Collision Shop CRS / Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations within our automotive collision repair facility. This role combines leadership, customer service, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Duties
Assist in managing daily shop operations, including workflow coordination and staff supervision
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repair processes, and ensuring satisfaction
Upsell additional services or repairs to maximize shop revenue while maintaining integrity and customer trust
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper financial records
Support the team
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and shop policies at all times
Maintain organized documentation of repairs, parts,



and customer interactions
Contribute to inventory management by tracking parts and supplies needed for repairs

Requirements
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Demonstrated sales ability with experience in upselling services or repairs
Cash handling experience with attention to accuracy and accountability
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage daily operations effectively
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Pay: $18.25-$26.00 per hour
