Job Description:
As a Sales BDC Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your role is to manage inbound inquiries, conduct follow-up communications, and convert leads into appointments to boost dealership sales.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Follow up with potential customers to provide information and answer questions
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer experiences

Qualifications:
Fluently bilingual in French and English is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent




Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results
