Job Title: Insurance Broker – Commission-Based

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Broker to join our growing team in Stouffville. This is a commission-based chance offering adaptable working arrangements, unlimited earning potential, and generous performance bonuses for brokers who achieve or exceed sales milestones.

Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective clients and assess their insurance needs
Recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options
Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community outreach
Prepare quotes and clearly explain policies to clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Follow up on leads, renewals, and sales opportunities
Maintain accurate client records and comply with industry regulations

Qualifications:
Valid insurance broker licence applicable to the products being sold
Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred
Solid communication, sales, and customer-service skills




Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets
Able to work independently and manage leads effectively
Skilled, dependable, and trustworthy

Compensation and Bonuses:

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is based on individual sales performance. Generous performance bonuses are also awarded to brokers who reach or exceed established sales targets and milestones.
