We are currently seeking individuals for the position of construction hoist operator. We are willing to train. We are looking for team players who work well alongside others and can perform their duties competently and with efficiency. Join the YSB team!

The successful candidate will:

-Have experience working on construction sites, preferred but not madatory.

-Be comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time outdoors.

-Have experience with the operation of a man and material hoist (training is available).

-Perform safety checks daily.

-Communicate well and can easily work alongside others.

-Must be comfortable with heights.

-Have knowledge of jobsite hazards and the proper handling of hazardous materials.

-Be able to organize and coordinate each day’s deliveries smoothly.

-Have consistent attendance during the work week
