Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with consistency, quality, and efficiency during service hours
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
Follow all food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met
Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks effectively




Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in the food industry or kitchen setting is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills with a focus on serving guests and supporting colleagues

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
