Superbaba is a modern Middle Eastern quick-service restaurant focused on fresh food, strong systems, and genuinely good service. We run a tight kitchen that moves quickly, stays organized, and takes pride in consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Working the line during service (flat-top, oven, fryers)
Preparing backups and keeping the line stocked
Food prep using standardized recipes
Cleaning and dishwashing — everyone helps keep the kitchen tight
Communicating clearly and professionally with the team

What We’re Looking For:
Organized, effective, and reliable
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Keeps a clean, calm, and organized station




Communicates well and stays level under pressure
Able to maintain consistency during busy services
Must be able to lift 50lbs

Kitchen experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, and attention to detail matter most.

Position Details:

Hours
Full time, 32–40 hours per week (8-hour shifts)

Compensation
$19.25/hour + tips
Average total earnings: ~$23.25/hour

Availability Required
Mid-day and evening/night shifts, Tuesday to Saturday
