Our client in the Guelph area is seeking an experienced Welding and Production Supervisor with a strong background in custom manufacturing environments, to lead a skilled, dedicated workforce.

You must have proven experience with both Welding AND heavy steel to be considered for this position. Applicants without relevant will NOT be considered or contacted.

What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and support production teams across multiple departments
Coordinate and adjust daily workloads to meet production schedules and priorities
Drive safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout the operation
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Scheduling, and Logistics teams
Maintain accurate production data and ERP system records




Promote a strong health and safety culture through training and inspections
Support employee performance, investigate incidents, and assist with shop-floor operations as required

What You Bring:
2+ years in a supervisory role
MUST HAVE welding experience
5+ years in a production/manufacturing environment
OSSD or equivalent education
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of metalworking, welding, cranes, forklifts, and ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OHSA compliance

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
