We are seeking a driven part time Dental Associate to step into a thriving, community-focused practice in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. With major ongoing pipeline projects and local development, our clinic experiences a strong, steady volume of current patients alongside an established, loyal patient base.

Modern, streamlined digital workflow utilizing ClearDent and Intiveo for iPad-based patient intake.

The Compensation & Lifestyle
Highly competitive compensation package, with current associates earning between $19,000 and $24,000 per month.
Flexible fly-in/fly-out schedule (a short 1.5-hour flight from Vancouver).

Your Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to skilled standards

Requirements:
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
Licensed (or eligibility) to practice in British Columbia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care

Job Types: Part-time, Commission

Pay: $230,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
