Join our energetic healthcare team as a Podiatry Medical Office Assistant. In this role, you will be the friendly face, ensuring smooth daily operations and compassionate patient interactions.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with appointment scheduling to optimize clinic flow.
Prepare examination rooms by ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for podiatric consultations.
Assist with patient care activities such as preparing patients for procedures
Assist the podiatrist during procedures (dressings, ingrown toenail removals, wound care).
Handle incoming calls professionally, answer questions about appointments or treatments, and coordinate follow-up visits efficiently using the EMR (computer).
Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to infection control standards and clinic policies at all times.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
