THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate at a reputable meat packing and cold storage facility located in Burlington, ON.

This is a full-time prospect offering steady work and weekly pay.

The successful candidate will be responsible for offloading packaged meat boxes from the production line and stacking them onto pallets in a cold storage workplace. This position requires continuous lifting (up to 60 lbs) and working in an ambient temperature of approximately -4°C.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Offload packaged boxes from the production line and stack them neatly on pallets
Continuously lift boxes weighing up to 60 lbs throughout the shift
Inspect boxes for proper labeling and package integrity
Wrap and tag finished pallets for storage or shipping
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all company and food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Work effectively in a refrigerated environment (approx. -4°C)

REQUIREMENTS
Previous warehouse, packaging, or cold storage experience preferred
Comfortable working in cold environments (-4°C)
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly for the duration of the shift
Solid attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must have CSA-approved non-slip safety footwear
