We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role supports daily building operations, completes minor repairs, and helps ensure a secure, well‑maintained environment for residents.

Responsibilities
Perform minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems as directed
Maintain inventory of tools and supplies; make small purchases when needed
Respond to resident maintenance requests and complete minor repairs
Conduct daily building system inspections when assigned
Assist skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, mechanics)
Help prepare apartment units for new residents
Follow all safety and security procedures
Move or transport heavy equipment and supplies
Operate company vehicles (valid driver’s license required)

Qualifications
General maintenance experience
Basic knowledge of building systems
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Solid teamwork and communication skills
Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
