Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Prep/dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Duties
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks as needed
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies in compliance with safety standards
Support the team during busy service hours by managing dishwashing and basic kitchen duties




Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a protected working workplace for all staff
Help with general cleaning tasks to uphold sanitation standards throughout the facility

Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments preferred
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Basic understanding of hospitality operations, including serving and hotel experience is advantageous
Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food service standards
