Job Overview

Mac is looking for a pleasant, vibrant and rapid past receptionist, who is looking to start a job, and hopefully build a career! Mac has 3 locations between Edmonton and Red Deer, and manage all phones together. This job will be engaging with two different businesses, Mac Insurance & Mac Registries, who collaborate together! The phones can be busy, and the more you learn and train, the more the job allows you to grow!

Greeting and directing clients as they walk in the door, but also greeting and assisting clients that are calling in, creates a busy quick paced workplace.

Long Term Development

In this position, the education you will learn as you constantly are searching and answering questions. This allows a likely path towards an insurance or registry career. Mac with time will also offer training and education, to prosper.

Reception position is a very important position, so the candidate needs to have:

willingness to multitask
ability to learn through the job (don't know an answer, ask and learn)
overall commitment to customer service

Likely shift is Tuesday - Saturday with Sunday/Monday off. But we are somewhat flexible with the schedule, and hours, for the right candidate.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
